How do I send my design?
On the custom product page, upload your image in the “Attach file” field, or send it on WhatsApp 0553203951 after ordering, with your order number.
I don't have a design — can you help?
Of course. Write your idea (name, phrase, occasion) in the “Add note” field, and we'll contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the details before printing.
How long do production and delivery take?
We prepare your order within 2–7 working days, then it ships; delivery time depends on the shipping company you choose at checkout.
What's the difference between the thermal mug sizes?
350 ml (12oz) for your daily coffee, 450 ml (15oz) for the office, 600 ml (20oz) for cold drinks and long trips. Keeps drinks cold up to 12 hours and hot up to 6 hours.
What sticker sizes do you offer?
8×8 cm, 9×6 cm, 8×12 cm and 14×10 cm, printed on glossy sticker paper — best kept away from water.
Is there a special price for quantities?
Yes. When you order 50 stickers or more, a 50% discount is applied automatically in the cart — for example, 8×8 becomes 1.5 instead of 3.
Can I return a product?
Custom-printed products can't be returned after shipping because they're made just for you. If you receive a damaged or different item, message us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we'll make it right.
