Because our products are printed specifically for each order, here is our policy clearly:
1. Editing or cancelling an order
You can edit or cancel your order while its status is “Under review” or “In progress” and it hasn't been handed to the shipping company. Contact us on WhatsApp: 0553203951.
2. After shipping
Custom-printed products can't be exchanged or returned once they've been handed to the shipping company, as they are made with your design or name.
3. Received a damaged item or one different from your order?
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt, with photos or a video of opening the package, and we'll make it right by reprinting or another suitable solution.
4. Production and delivery time
We prepare your order within 2–7 working days, then it ships; delivery time depends on the shipping company you choose at checkout.
